Day 05: Why do you really want to lose this weight? Are you doing it for you?
I’m doing it all for me. I’m the type of person who doesn’t really care what others think. Fuck them. I just want to feel okay in my own skin and be healthy.
Day 06: Do you binge? If so, explain why you think you do.
I try not to, but it happens. I get flustered easily and it effects my eating habits.
Day 07: Do your parents know you’re trying to lose weight? Do they care?
She knows. But she’s in a phase where if it isn’t about her she doesn’t care. When I talk about losing weight she just tells me I’m already skinny. Haha no.
Day 08: Your workout routine.
Gym:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday (Mondays I do circuit training)
Zumba:
- Tuesdays, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday (Sunday’s have 2 Lessons)
Wiifit:
- Yoga on Thursdays
- General play on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturday
Weight Training/ General workouts + Just Dance all week long
